Our air movers are powered by high-speed, direct drive electric motors. This allows the air movers to be compact and lightweight package. Our fans are designed to accept various drive and motor types including 400Hz induction synchronous motors, brushless direct current motors, and permanent magnet synchronous motors. Fan voltage options include:

Bascom Hunter also produces shaft-driven fans and blowers in accordance with customer requirements. Our fans can also be driven with hydraulic motors.
