Bascom Hunter delivers advanced Environmental Control Systems (ECS) and Power Systems for aerospace and defense applications in the harshest environments. With a broad catalog and custom design expertise, we provide tailored solutions to meet unique mission requirements. The Power and Control Group (PCG) designs equipment that achieves the highest standards of performance—delivering lightweight systems, low noise operation, and exceptional reliability. In addition, our hardware is engineered to meet rigorous military specifications and certification requirements, including MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461, DO-160, and DO-178 at design assurance levels A through D. The Power and Control Group has successfully designed qualified equipment for use on military vehicles and aircraft.

Our Environmental Control Systems (ECS) include thermal management systems (TMS), vapor cycle systems (VCS), and liquid cooling systems (LCS). ECS components range from fans, compressors, and valves to power and control electronics and other critical subsystems that ensure reliable performance.
