The Ultra-Q, High Power VHF/UHF Bandpass Filter is a tunable filter capable of eliminating adjacent channel and out of band interfering signals with ultra-fine band adjustments and bandwidths as narrow as 12.5 kHz. This low noise and highly selective filter is field-programmable using a PC GUI and controllable through USB, LAN, or LCD. In the case of lost power, there is a failsafe bypass mode built into the system.
The BBUQ has applications in Defense, Land Mobile/Public Safety, SCADA, and commercial two-way radio systems. It solves Narrow Band FCC Mandate interference issues, P25, DMR, NXDN, and Tetra Standards.
