19" Rackmount 3U VPX Chassis
Bascom Hunter’s new 3U VPX chassis is a flexible architecture for customers to build unique solutions for communications, electronic warfare, machine learning and more. The base chassis provides the power, cooling and slots to enable a high density of 3U VPX Cards within a 3U rack-mount enclosure. The chassis can also be purchased with a custom backplane designed for COTS VPX cards to accelerate development and deployment.
The 3U VPX chassis an industry leading product that has 1.2 kW of cooling capacity. The chassis can hold up to 14 VPX cards and includes a chassis manager and integrated power supply. Rear connections can be customized based on the application.
This chassis can be purchased with a SOSA-aligned VPX backplane with slot profiles for Single Board Computers, Network Cards, Storage and RFSoC (or other payload cards). The backplane has 2x 40GE lanes for high-speed data.
