Xcelaero Environmental Control Systems
Xcelaero’s environmental control systems (ECS) are designed and manufactured to meet the most extreme operating conditions.
These systems manage heat loads, humidity, and air ventilation. We provide our partners with innovative custom designs as well as class-leading stock products. Xcelaero has existing designs and can design custom systems to your aircraft or platform requirements.
Thermal Management System
Mission-critical electronics generate significant heat and require efficient and robust cooling solutions. Our experienced team of engineers ensures that we design and manufacture thermal management systems that are extremely reliable even when operating in extreme environments. We specialize in the development of compact, robust, and energy efficient thermal management systems for military hardware. We are ready to design, develop, qualify, and produce thermal management solutions specific to your aerospace and defense requirements.
Vapor Cycle Systems
Xcelaero design, built and delivered a wide range of vapor cycle systems for the aerospace and defense market. The cooling capacity of these systems range from less than 1 kW to over 125kW. These systems are designed to be efficient, light weight, and highly reliable.
Liquid Cooling System
In applications that require cooling of high heat flux loads or have long distances between the heat source and heat sink may require liquid cooling systems. Xcelaero provides custom liquid cooling systems that utilizes a range of fluids including propylene glycol water (PGW) mixture, polyalphaolefin (PAO), and fuel. These systems allow for precise control of temperature, compact, and highly reliable.
Air Management and Ventilation
We design and manufacture air management and ventilation systems that are extremely reliable even when operating in extreme environments. Air management and ventilation systems include bleed air management, aircraft air distribution, temperature monitoring and control, flow monitoring and control, pressure monitoring and control. We are ready to design, develop, qualify, and produce air management solutions specific to your aerospace and defense requirements.
