Thermal Management System

Xcelaero design, built and delivered a wide range of vapor cycle systems for the aerospace and defense market. The cooling capacity of these systems range from less than 1 kW to over 125kW. These systems are designed to be efficient, light weight, and highly reliable.
In applications that require cooling of high heat flux loads or have long distances between the heat source and heat sink may require liquid cooling systems. Xcelaero provides custom liquid cooling systems that utilizes a range of fluids including propylene glycol water (PGW) mixture, polyalphaolefin (PAO), and fuel. These systems allow for precise control of temperature, compact, and highly reliable.
